Founded in 1900, St. Barnabas’ mission is to provide institutional and individual services that support the education, social, and health needs of others, and helping to fulfill that mission are our skilled nursing care services. When skilled nursing, short- and long-term rehabilitation, or emergency and outpatient care is needed, St. Barnabas is standing by to help individuals transition back to their living assistance community, a lower level of care, or home life. Though post-acute patients no longer require a hospital’s acute care setting, they still need nursing care and rehabilitation to ensure a successful recovery. At St. Barnabas, we’re proud to provide physician-directed care and communicate with all patients, their doctors, and their loved ones.
