Better Outcomes - Higher Satisfaction
Whether an individual’s needs require short-term care or extensive rehabilitative support, St. Barnabas offers two locations for high quality health care in a comfortable, compassionate environment. We provide a host of services, ranging from post-hospitalization stays to long-term care. Our staff and physicians are accessible around-the-clock to respond to the needs of each of our patients.
Following a hospital or post-acute stay, a skilled nursing or short-term rehab stay may be needed in order to improve your transition back to the community or to a lower level of care. As a post-acute patient, you no longer need the acute care setting of the hospital; however, you still require nursing care and rehabilitation to aid in your recovery. All care is directed by your physician, and our team will be in regular contact with you, your family and your physician.
Rehabilitation 7 Days A Week
St. Barnabas Rehabilitation offers one-on-one therapy seven days a week in our skilled nursing facilities, so you can get the individual attention you need to get back to living life to the fullest.

We encourage those having a hip or knee replacement or other scheduled surgery or procedure to contact our Admissions office at 724-444-5587 in advance to make post-hospital rehabilitation arrangements.
