St. Barnabas Land Trust to Develop 175 acre site

The St. Barnabas Land Trust acquires the former Beaver County Headquarters of Michael Baker International

St. Barnabas Land Trust, a subsidiary of St. Barnabas Health System based in Gibsonia, PA, has acquired the former headquarters of Michael Baker International (previously known as Michael Baker Corporation) in Brighton Township, Beaver County. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed, according to John Curran, Chairman of St. Barnabas Health System.

The new Beaver County campus of St. Barnabas will include 175 acres and a two-story building. The sprawling property is strategically located on Dutch Ridge Road and conveniently positioned near Tuscarawas Road, home of St. Barnabas Beaver Meadows, and near Interstate 376.

Plans call for the new Beaver County development to mirror the success that St. Barnabas has created in Gibsonia and Valencia over the past 50 years. Residents of Beaver County will soon benefit by having new retirement living apartments, carriage homes, living assistance facilities, skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, home care and many recreation programs for our residents.
